Unlikely Pair is an organization committed to improving foot health and hygiene among the homeless population in the Greater Portland area. Our mission is to take gently used odd socks, match sizes and lengths, and provide clean, mismatched socks to those who need them. By making unlikely pairs of socks, we hope to raise awareness about the basic sock shortage and needs of the sockless, while promoting empathy and compassion towards those in need.

Our vision is to become a recognized organization in the Portland area, helping to bridge the gap between those who have and those who do not. We hope to create a community where everyone has access to clean, comfortable socks, regardless of their situation or background. Through our efforts, we aim to promote social responsibility and foster a culture of giving, where individuals and corporations alike are inspired to make a positive impact on the world.
